Karo-land (Karoland): Homeland of the Karo People

Karo-land or Karoland is the name given to the region that the Karo people reside in. The Karo live in the warm lowlands and cool highlands of the island of Sumatra. The area has 2 dormant volcanoes in the region, in which one recently erupted.
